📦 SHIPPING POLICY (WELCOME BOX)

1. Shipping

The Founder Framework welcome box will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on location.

 

 

2. Exchanges (Change of Mind / Sizing)

If you wish to:

  • Change the watch 

  • Change the clothing size 

You must:

  1. Return the item to:
    PO BOX 290, KEILOR EAST, VIC 3033, AUSTRALIA 

  2. Ensure the item is: 

  • In original condition 

  • Unworn 

  • Free from scratches, damage, or marks 

 

 

3. Approval & Reshipping

Once received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will reship the correct item 

  • If not in acceptable condition, the exchange may be declined 

 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs 

  • We will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item 

 

 

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery 

  • Provide photos for review 

We will organise a replacement where applicable.
